Reiki 4 Comfort  is with  Elizabeth Fenton, Reiki Master Teacher.  Elizabeth was introduced to Reiki in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California in 2009 where she first praticed at Luminescence Healing Haven in Boulder Creek.  After advancing with her Reiki training, Elizabeth went on to offer distance healings and then began teaching others all levels of Reiki. Elizabeth moved her practice to Hawaii in 2016 and continues to offer onsite and distance Reiki sessions as well as Reiki Classes.

Reiki sessions can be arranged at the Black Sand Beach or at home/hotel visits.

Reiki sessions in person are typically an hour long and done fully clothed on a massage table.  Elizabeth may also use crystals, sage, palo santo and essential oils to enhance relaxation and healing energy.     Elizabeth is also a licenced massage therapist and may incorporate shiatsu massage during a session.  

Distance Reiki Sessions  are initially set up via a phone call with a ten minute introduction on the focus of the session.  Elizabeth will ask the client to be sure to be lying down somewhere comfortable where they will not be disturbed and she will facilitate Reiki from a distance.   There will be a follow up call to offer a chance for questions and or reflection.

Reiki Reiju (attunement)

Attunements are one of the five main elements of the system of Reiki.  It is a ritual performed by a teacher with a student for the purpose of energetically supporting the student's progress and dedication toward walking a path of self realization.  
"Reiju" can be translated as:
"Rei"  soul, spirit or ghost
"Ju"  offering (as a teaching or blessing)

The attunement simply put is a "Spiritual Blessing."  Through the blessing and the process of working with Reiki each person can remember their true Spiritual Nature and essence.  

There are two types of attunements - Attunements given to students at each Level of Reiki
As well as a Reiju that can be offered to anyone seeking a Spiritual blessing

Reiki 1 - Shoden

“Shoden” means "first teachings" and in this class the student is introduced to the five elements of the Reiki System developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th Century.  Reiki 1 class is focused on self healing both to hold more light and also to begin the journey of self actualization.

Upon completion of this class, one can do Reiki healings on themselves, their family and pets. The Class includes a Reiki One attunement which needs to be scheduled in advance of the class. 

Reiki 2 - Okuden

"Okuden" means "deeper knowledge"  and in this class the student will deepen their connection with Reiki.  Reiki 2 class is focused on learning the first three Reiki symbols and learning distance healing.   Level 2 Reiki also prepares the student to offer Reiki to the public as a Reiki practitioner.

Reiki 3 - shinpiden  Reiki Master

"Shinpiden" is the Japanese word for ‘mystery teachings.’ In this class the student will step into their “Master Shoes” and facilitate a master level full body Reiki Treatment.  At Reiki Master level the student is deeply connected to their higher self guidance and ascended Masters and they will add their own essence and creativity to every session.  The student will learn to offer a Reiju (spiritual blessing) on others and receive 1 more sacred symbol.   There is an option to learn how to give attunements and add a second level for becoming a Reiki Teacher.
